Link Shortener Website

This project is a simple link shortener website that allows users to shorten URLs and view advertisements before being redirected to their final destination.

Setup Instructions

  1. Clone the repository:

    git clone <repository-url>

  2. Navigate to the project directory:

    cd link-shortener-website

  3. Install the required dependencies:

    npm install

  4. Start the server:

    node server.js

  5. Open your browser and go to http://localhost:3000 to access the link shortener interface.

Usage

  • Enter a URL in the input field and click the "Shorten" button.
  • You will be redirected to an advertisement page.
  • After a few seconds, you will be redirected to your final destination.
