Thanks for this great extension. I am now switching from Worklog Assistant (which was paid software and it just went offline) and there was the option to merge/join/sum worklog per day before actually uploading. For example when I am switching between several tickets per day I generate multiple work logs for the same Jira ticket. Uploading each of it separately would eventually also round them up to the next 15 minutes (I need to log by 15 minutes) meaning a lot of worklog "overhead" per day. So it would be great to merge pending worklogs by the ticket number per day and then round that final sum before uploading.

for example:

ticket	time spent	description
TASK-100	23m	syncing with team mates
TASK-299	48m	code review
TASK-100	31m	writing doc

this would result in:

ticket	time spent	description	rounded
TASK-100	54m	syncing with team mates, writing doc	1h
TASK-299	48m	code review	1h

what will possibly be an issue is the start and end time. I actually wouldn't care about this at all. there would not need to be an alignment between all ticket numbers, easiest one, imho, would be take the start time from first ticket and just sum all times starting from there.
