After adding a few tickets to my worklog (after about four or five), the searchbox starts appearing in the background, reloading the jira assistant helps mitigating the issue.

On Firefox, reloading the page (and thus losing the input) used to help to get the list back to foreground (until it would move back at a random, later time).

I also have this behavior, i think there is a z-index incrementing every time you open the dialog so eventually it overtakes the ticket dialog.
