Documentation comparing with Rat is out of date

The example in the documentation comparing Decimal to Rats (source is here) links to code explaining the problem with Rat. However, the code doesn't behave as described anymore -- there's no missing numbers. Perhaps the Rat implementation changed since the README was written.
