A shortcut for proxy setting

Is it possible to set a shortcut for proxy settings like Aria2 WebUI?
Aria2 WebUI make it possible to set almost every setting item a shortcut, though it is obviously not the best solution, I think some high frequency setting items (like proxy maybe) do need a shortcut.

Proxy is important when downloading files hosted on Amazon S3 Server, emmm, at least it's important when you live in China mainland...
