It appears the RME DriverKit driver beta v4.x with TotalMix 1.80 has a bug with OSC which results in line input and software channels not being able to be fully controlled (only mute, phase and gain are working at this point).

I would suggest that you don't install the beta until that's fixed by them.

So some months later the DriverKit is out of beta, but i think the problem still remains, any updates on your side?

Sorry for responding so late, I was kind of preoccupied with work and my Fireface PSU died, took me a while to get a replacement so without the interface I couldn't really look into the issue.
However I'm back on track now. I'll be looking into it and try to figure out if they actually did that intentionally and what I might be able to do about it - if I can at all. I'll keep you posted, but to be completely frank here, that's not a setup I personally use at all (went back to not really using Loupedeck anymore to be honest) so it's a bit of effort to get a setup to reproduce in spare time I rarely have these days.... But I'll let you know what I find.

I totally understand, this is not a paid product with support, whatever you do with you spare time 🥇 all good 👍 Under Mac M1/Apple Silicon Loupedeck still has no native support which causes high cpu usage most of the time - at least on my system.
I therefor went back to my old StreamDeck/OSC-Setup with native support anyway - for the time being. Thank for the update, stay safe
