chat: Away status

We should add user status to easily see who's active and who's away. The clients would be able to use /list to see this status.

Proposed Status Commands:

Command	Alias	Meaning
/nirb	/here	Actively connected to chat, will respond
/rabbit	/away	AFK, will probably see messages later

I'm not opposed, people can get a system message if they ping someone who is away.

I like nirb/rabbit as being secret aliases, it's kinda specific to our instance's community.
