Inquiry Regarding modifications to Skmer for Detailed k-mer Data Output

Hi Shahab, I’m trying to dig into the signals from k-mer sequences using the Skmer method for species discrimination. However, I've noted that the current version of Skmer does not output the raw k-mer data or the filtered k-mer sequences used for computing distance matrices. Is there any way to modify Skmer’s code to enable the output of these two specific k-mer data matrices? Thanks!
