Only 1 host being discovered

I have installed the latest version and configured to connect to out virtual centre server, Off-line inventory is showing all VMs, all hosts and clusters.

Only 1 hosts is showing under reports and no clusters are available for reporting.

I also get the Dashboard init failed red box appearing on most screens

Any help would be appreciated.
