We need * a struct for the management of notifiers (list and functions) * a notifier (signal) struct
…setNotifier()` method
We never want to have any user data after the call of a notifier. Therefore, we need a new error type for "unexpected values". The test is extended.
Recycle the destructor for the callables from the `::setModifier()` method
