Publish documentation on Hackage #54

The last documentation for this library on Hackage is for version 0.2: https://hackage.haskell.org/package/servant-util-0.2
Versions 0.3 and 0.4 (latest) currently do not expose the documentation.

Would you mind publishing it please? 🙏
