Proposed changes

Google Universal Analytics EOL'd on June 30, 2024, now replaced by Google Analytics 4. This PR:

  • Removes our Google Universal Analytics docs
  • Redirects those legacy URLs -> new GA4 docs

Merge timing

  • ASAP once approved
