[Bug]: Data Viewer Role needs to change to Data Editor Role

For Linked Events - When we setup our Service Account, we need to add the Bigquery Data Editor role to give our Data Graph access to the bigquery.tables.create permission to sync the table on an hourly basis. If we select the Bigquery Data Viewer role as outlined [here](BigQuery Data Viewer role), the hourly syncs fail (screenshot attached).

We also need to add bigquery.tables.create permission here under Permissions
