@notDeadShogun hello, fans are always controlled by firmware. It simply means that firmware don't think it should run fans faster, even if custom curve suggests so. When you turn it off/on it sets them again, it re-initializes all settings, so firmware may behave differently, but in a long run it will go back to what it was :) If you don't like how firmware controls fans you can try Experimental build with a manual fan control :) |

When I start a game right after turning on the laptop, after a while I notice that the fans are spinning too weak, I go to ghelper and see that the temperature is higher than normal and the fan speed is lower. I turn on/off the custom fan curve checkbox and the fans are noticeably speeding up
