Currently when running the version script, the snapshot tag is the read from the github.ref context: https://github.com/seek-oss/changesets-snapshot/blob/master/src/publish.ts#L60-L68

A suggestion is to add an input to allow the snapshot tag to be customized, like so:
node changeset version --snapshot {tag}
