Description

Current Outfit folder's context menu should have Add to Favorites.

Reproduction steps

1. Log into the viewer-in-test
2. Open Inventory
3. Right-click the Current Outfit folder
4. Verify "Add to Favorites" is an item in the context menu.

Observed: Add to Favorites is not present in the context menu.

Expected: Add to Favorites should be present.
