Description
After creating a folder for a favorite item, the new folder cannot be made into a favorite.
Reproduction steps
- Right-click an object in the Objects folder > Add to Favorites
- Right-click the object in the Objects folder > Create folder from Selected.
- Right-click the newly created folder > Add to Favorites
- Verify the folder is a favorite.
Observe: The folder is not a favorite.

Expected: The folder should become a favorite.
Workaround: Unfavorite the object in the folder, then the folder can be made a favorite.
