MotD dynamic resizing

Curently panel_motd is fixed at 110px, make it resize dynamically if there is too much text to fit in.

MotD - message of the day on Login progress panel.

Is there a way to locally change the MotD to test larger messages?

Not to my knowledge, probably can't be tested on agni/aditi.

Verified with ForeverFPS build on Damballah using the max limit of text
