Hello,
We've encountered issues with the Java client library's timeout setting, which appears too brief for certain operations, causing frequent timeout exceptions. For example, end of last week we experienced some overall delays with the Seam API, resulting in numerous quick timeout exceptions, suggesting an unusually short default timeout.
Further testing revealed consistent issues during operations such as modifying a hotel reservation (e.g., switching rooms). Our process involves synchronously deleting the old key to potentially reuse the code for the new room, even if it shares access to some additional doors. Unfortunately, these operations often fail due to timeout exceptions occurring within seconds.
