Filter stdlib by pattern, not explicit list

The Go tooling uses a pattern-based system for detecting stdlib import paths, rather than an explicit list. This works better for a bunch of reasons, particularly not having to deal with it in the input hash func (though that does introduce problems if we ever change the logic...), so let's make the switch
