What counting method was using in v2.2.0?

Hi,

I ask this question because I'm looking into this benchmarking paper which uses snapatac2 v2.2.0 and the counting method isn't specified as an argument to the create_tile_matrix function.

The only counting strategy used in v2.2.0 is "counting_strategy='insertion'"
