New user's requests not being downloaded

I have a setup that only had a single user - myself. This was working fine with Overseerr, Sonarr, Radarr, Transmission, Plex.

I now added a new local user for my partner.

Anything she requests stays at the status "Requested" - but I don't see it in Sonarr/Radarr/Transmission/Plex.

I don't even know where to start with debugging this issue.

Any help please?

I have been encountering the same issue for months. I have my server running for around a year now, flawlessly. Myself and all my dozens of users can request with no issue in the Overseerr platform, and also via Plex Watchlist automatic import. All this is wonderful, except for ONE of my users. Settings are all the same, I've double and triple checked, and the requests do show "Approved", but the request is not forwarded to Sonarr / Radarr!

Really need some help with this as well. I've tried everything. On Overseerr all looks good, but her requests are not forwarded to Sonarr / Radarr.

Tried many versions, now using develop version b1c6e2f
