Kanjidic2 - fr sorted with radicals #33

Hi,
i'm developping a tool to help me learn japanese and since i needed a kanji database, i've used your kanjidic2-all-3.6.1.json file. Since i havn't found a french file only, i've made several script to filter them and i also added some graphical radical.
I'm sending it to you because you made my life so much more easier and i wanted to thank you for it.
