No output with filters p2p_widget_html and p2p_shortcode_html

Hi

I use p2p plugin to connect portfolio custom post type to woocommerce product and it works very well.

I just wanted to change the output of the p2p widget to get a thumbnail with the list of connected portfolios.
I followed all instructions here : https://github.com/scribu/wp-posts-to-posts/wiki/Actions-and-filters

But doing this make the widget ouput empty. The template is loaded succesfully but with no content.
the return $html; works also perfectly well.
Is there a bug with custom post type connections like this and this template hook?

Same thing here. I used the p2p_widget_html and p2p_shortcode_html feature to modify output. Somewhere in the last updates it stopped working. Any fix for this?
