Way to show admin box with only pages from a parent page? #443

Hello,

I'm wondering if there is a way to show the admin box with only pages that are children of a parent page without recoding the entire metabox?

Maybe I need to do something like #389 ? There's no documentation on it, an example would be appreciated.
