- Add tracking pixels from code.org to our Hour of Code tutorials
- Hide the pixels themselves, because they currently 404

Same goes here for the display: none, I think. For future hotfixes, force push this branch to the develop PR branch, so that there's one branch being pulled into both develop and master. This will avoid conflicts when we eventually try to merge develop to master.
