Negative numbers in monitors display incorrectly for RTL languages

In RTL languages, numbers should still be LTR. I.e. negative ten should be written -10 not 10-

Currently, the negative sign is on the right:

Another instance in monitors. The slider value and also the form to set constraints display negative numbers incorrectly.

In these blocks we have this problem, so kids couldn't find bug and It confuses them. (maybe this is the most important bug in RTL languages.)

It's interesting that the behavior is a little different depending on which block is involved. I would have expected block inputs to be all fairly similar.
