Expected Behavior

Video feed (on stage/camera modal) should not get frozen.

Actual Behavior

On iPad Safari, there were issues with the video feed getting frozen on the stage and the camera modal if the video motion extension got loaded and the camera modal was also opened at the same time.

Steps to Reproduce

  • Open preview.scratch.mit.edu on iOS Safari.
  • Load the video motion extension
  • Click on the costumes tab
  • Click on the camera button in the costume panel thermometer menu
  • Observe that the video feed freezes on the stage and is also frozen on the camera modal
