To have a better documentation, we need more real use cases. Since some things are specific to Scrapy Cloud as in #138, there's a need to have a good set of jobs which is real and capture problems with data.

Specifically, we need the set of jobs to have some output for anomalies in #138, e.g. with some variation between field coverage.

The current demo jobs are too simple.
