Download skeletons with attached segment IDs

Detailed Description

This issue will provide a mechanism to download skeletons where the nodes have attached metadata regarding their segment ID. Both the mapped and unmapped segment IDs will be attached if applicable.

This mechanism should either be implemented as a standalone Python or Javascript script.
The script should be made publicly available as part of the WEBKNOSSOS documentation or other distribution mechanisms.
