IGAPP-419: Design Proposal - Sending feedback after no search results

Flow:

1. User does not get any search results after searching for xyz
2. They want to send a feedback
3. The Send button is yet disabled. When filling out the required field it will enable
4. E-mail address is not required
5. Oops! There is no internet connection. 
6. Snackbar will push up
7. With internet there will be a linear progressbar
8. Thank you screen with a Back to Search button
9. After tapping Back to search, the searchbar is empty and ready to filled out again
