[Feature request]: Change the site to a more horizontal layout for widescreen users

Describe the change you'd like

Move comments section to the right side of video player, so it fills the space on ultrawide and superultrawide monitors, preferably as a scrollable tab. It would allow for simultaneous viewing and commenting. The watch-next section could also be displayed in two columns for 21:9 monitors (~3440px+) and three columns for 32:9 (~5120px) monitors or turned completly off for standard 16:9 and 16:10 ratios.
