Adding the "Run in Sandbox" right-click menu to the system resource manager in win11 is displayed normally, but it is not displayed in the Total Commander.
If Total Commander is running in a sandbox, "Run Sandboxed" may not appear in the context menu. Even if it appears in the menu, it won't be of much use.
If it does not appear when working outside the sandbox, try to toggle the context menu options in the Sandboxie-Plus settings.
