Another simple GitLab mirror pull solution

You maybe want to add this to your README.

But by default GitLab CE can already do a repo mirror (push) but not pull mirror sync. So I created a simple GitLab pull script that can be used together with GitLab Schedule: https://github.com/danger89/repo_pull_sync_docker_image
