Refresh Rate not backed up

Description

Rules Subscriptions Refresh Rate not backed up / restored with full backup

Steps to Reproduce

In Rules Subscriptions I subscribe to a rules list and set refresh rate to 60 then save changes.

Double check by closing and re-opening FF.

Backup/Restore > Create full backup

Factory reset SmartProxy

Backup/Restore > Restore backup

All setting restored apart from refresh rate is at 0
