🚀 Quick Start

1. Clone Repository

   git clone https://github.com/saketsarin/slidesai.git
   cd slidesai

2. Set Up Environment

   python -m venv venv
   source venv/bin/activate  # Unix/macOS
   # or
   .\venv\Scripts\activate  # Windows
   
   pip install -r requirements.txt

3. Configure Environment

   cp .env.example .env
   # Edit .env with your API keys

4. Start Backend

   cd backend
   python app.py

5. Launch Frontend

   cd frontend
   streamlit run streamlit_app.py

🛠️ Prerequisites

• Python 3.8+
• CUDA-capable GPU (8GB+ VRAM recommended)
• Google Cloud Platform account
• OpenAI API key
