Use cases which should provide UI:
Load user private key from a local storage, enter public name of the recipient key and encrypt message or data.
Load user private key from a local storage, enter public key and sign some message or data.
Load user private key from a local storage, enter encrypted data and decrypt it.
Load user private key from a local storage, enter signature and verify it.
