Blink keeps spamming empty buffers

Have anyone encountered this issue before? With blink enabled it will spam new buffers. I noticed it when I had an nvim instance running for a day, and when I cleared all the buffers it says it cleaned 2000+ buffers while I only have ~10 files opened on screen.
