Issue with the fallback behavior (<Tab>)

Hi there,

I have an issue with the fallback behavior.

When I press Tab as usual (with no completion menu open), it doesn’t insert a tab or indentation.

So I found a solution.

		keymap = {

			["<C-n>"] = { "select_next", "fallback_to_mappings" },

			["<C-f>"] = { "scroll_documentation_down", "fallback" },

and it works as well

I think it's bacause I use neovim 0.11+ with built-in snippet support

@saghen what do you think about it?
