sage 10.4 packages not build

Environment

- **OS**:Ubuntu 22.04
- **Sage Version**: 10.5

Steps To Reproduce

I tried to build sage 10.4 several times and failed because some packages failed to build

first it failed complaining that polylib is an experimental package though I didn't even configure to enable polylib, that was solved if including --enable-experimental-packages in configure line.

Then it failed because deformation does not build

so build again without deformation, now it failed for python_flint

Additional Information

question. If a package fails to build is it possible to reconfigure and keep the built packages?
