What must be done

Currently, when a fiat conversion rate is missing for a token, the UI displays the fiat balance as “0”, even if the token holds value. This can be misleading, as it may falsely imply that the balance has been zeroed.

Acceptance criteria

• Fiat balance displays ”--” instead of “0” when a conversion rate is missing.
• The change is applied to all views where token balances are displayed.
• The design aligns with the provided Figma reference.
