UI: On a deleted object 'Download' button should be disabled

On a deleted object 'Download' button should be disabled

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. On UI create a versioned bucket and add objects
2. Select the object and delete it
3. Click on the Show deleted objects button and select the deleted object observe that the Download button highlights

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to
happen.
The button highlight should be disabled on deleted object
