Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
The last modified is not displayed on the bucket page

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to UI and navigate to the buckets page with administration enabled
  2. Create a couple of buckets and see the 'Last modified' column in the list

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to
happen.
Last modified should list the details

This is not a bug of the UI, the backend does not deliver valid date. Right now mtime is 0.000000.

Note, to reproduce the issue go to the Administration section. The data that is displayed then is fetched via the Admin OPS API.
