Feature suggestion: Make "Suggest Answer" deactable

For teaching and learning vocabulary the "suggest anwser" functionality is not always desired.
The availability could either by controlled by an additional activity setting or a capability.

Thank you for your suggestion. For our organisation, deactivating 'Suggest Answer' is not something our users want. So this is not in our priority right now. But if you are interested, you can develop the setting yourself and create a pull request

I found this feature request because we notice that the suggested answers seem to be auto approved, which is not so desirable. Is this a setting / capability somewhere?

that should not be the case and I have been able to recreate the problem. We have taken this in our backlog and will soon provide a solution

For now I disabled the [[cardbox:submitcard]]mod/cardbox:submitcard, which makes that they can't submit a card. The button to do so stays visible though, but that is may be something for another report.
