Gochujang Sauce

Ingredients

1½ c. water
¼ c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sesame oil
6 oz. ginger ale
1 tbsp. minced ginger
4 tbsp. minced garlic (minimum)
4 oz. dark brown sugar
4 oz. white sugar
500 g. gochujang

Directions

Mix all ingredients together.
Reduce over heat to desired consistency.
