This PR removes the unnecessary style css block. This is a followup to Alex's change to fix the title rendering.
I noticed that the site wasn't the title rendering correctly. This was my mistake. I didn’t render the blog using jekyll to check it. Rustdoc renders markdown files differently, which was what the example text I looked at was using. Thus, the template didn’t render the way I expected.
