bump: update workspace version to 0.4.3 to align with existing tag

- Update workspace version from 0.4.2 to 0.4.3
- This aligns with the existing v0.4.3 tag from the previous release attempt
- Next release will be v0.4.4 with complete mandrel-mcp-th publishing
- Ensures release workflow doesn't skip due to version conflicts
