Description

This is a tracking issue for the RFC "Introduce #[do_not_recommend]
to control errors for trait impls" (rust-lang/rfcs#2397).
Steps:
- Implement the RFC (cc @rust-lang/compiler -- can anyone write up mentoring instructions?)
- Adjust documentation (see instructions on forge)
- Stabilization PR (see instructions on forge)
Unresolved questions:
- What other names could we go with besides
#[do_not_recommend]
? (See RFC for some suggestions)
