Tip
Use the previous releases categories to help choose which one(s) to use.
The category will be de-duplicated with all the other ones by the release team.
More than one section can be included if needed.
Release blog section
If the change is notable enough for inclusion in the blog post, the responsible team should add content to this section.
Otherwise leave it empty.
You can now lock a `File` using the standard library, without needing third-party crates. This is useful for coordinating access to files across cooperating processes. Use `File::lock` for an exclusive lock (blocking other exclusive or shared locks), or `File::lock_shared` for a shared lock (blocking exclusive locks). The lock will persist until the file handle or descriptor is closed, or you call `File::unlock`.
