rfcbot unchecks checkbox

I'm not sure why but sometimes rfcbot unchecks checkboxes. I've seen it happen in the past once and again yesterday here: rust-lang/cargo#6548 (comment). Note in the GitHub comment history it unchecked both my and @Eh2406's checked box.

Any ideas?

I've seen it happen too in situations where two people check their boxes quickly in succession and then rfcbot gets into a race condition or something... not exactly sure why tho.

Just happened in rust-lang/rust#79213 (comment) without any race condition between two people. @rfcbot unchecked my box 1 second after I checked it.
